This 12V Inline On/Off Switch is for use in switching our LED products on and off between the power source and the fixture. Very handy for installing. Typically, this is used for turn On/Off our LED strips: cut the strip on the cut line, splice the ribbon electrically with this jumper. Do not put the tape on the top of the ribbon or the connector won’t connect electrically. The connections of this switch are DC coaxial, making it compatible with most of our products, whether directly, in conjunction with the Single Color LED Strip Connector with DC Plug, or by splicing to an alternate connector. The switch, whether modified or not, is perfect for all low-voltage situations. If you just want to connect this switch to a full strip, simply cut the connector box off and use the two exposed wires to make a hardwire connection to the pigtail connection of your LED strip light
